6 Week SHRED

The 6 Week SHRED Program is all about KICKSTARTING your fitness routine into next gear. Whether you've taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness and are ready to get back to the grind or you're looking to change up your current workout routine. All you need is a set of dumbbells. All workouts are approximately 50 minutes long and consists of the following.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday : Strength Circuits

Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio workouts

  • 5 Weekly Workouts

    All workouts are approximately 50 minutes long and are appropriate for all levels of fitness! All you need is a set of dumbbells.

    You can do these workouts in the comfort of your own home OR the gym.

  • Meal Plan

    We Include with our 6 Week Shred fitness program a meal plan. Meal plans include Breakfast, 3 Snacks, and Dinner focused on high protein intake.

  • In App Group Chat

    Let's keep each other accountable and motivated with communication in our 6 Week Shred community. Share workout completions, recipes, challenges, check ins and MORE.
